Making 32-bit XMB Icons

Making 32-bit XMB IconsRaiderX over at QJ has created a tutorial on making custom 32-bit XMB icons for your PSP. The tutorial is very simple even though it may seem long. Before you start, you’re going to need Adobe Photoshop and ZiNgA BuRgA’s RCO Editor.
