We’ve all been waiting and here it is! ZiNgA BuRgA has created a customizable topmenu_plugin.rco file that works on 3.10 OE! Here’s what ZiNgA BuRgA has to say:
After finally managing to insert a page resource (the one the 2.50 RCO lacked, causing crashes) I finally managed to make a customizable topmenu_plugin.rco file which worked […]
PSP customization is getting better all the time. nicinico from the MaxConsole forums has released a GUI for Z33’s imposer.exe. This allows you to change the Home screen that you see when you press the “Home” button during a game.
You will need to run this program on your PC and flash the newly created files […]
Tired of those sounds you hear when using the PSP’s web browser? Well pj1115 has a solution for that. He’s created a Windows application that allows you to change the web browser sounds.
Instructions (Windows users only):
Get your 7 VAG files (under 2 seconds each; if it’s not VAG, convert it with the included MFAUDIO tool). […]
Pharonyk has released his LollerBOOTWAVES Pack. These bootWaves are an additional modification to go along with the plasma XMB waves. Pharonyk would also like to thank Vulpix for his “BootWave for tga v0.9″ from the tgaWave 1.00 CS.
Pharonyk notes that there can be problems when playing PSX games if you use these bootWaves. Fortunately, he […]
RaiderX over at QJ has created a tutorial on making custom 32-bit XMB icons for your PSP. The tutorial is very simple even though it may seem long. Before you start, you’re going to need Adobe Photoshop and ZiNgA BuRgA’s RCO Editor.

Pharonyk has released v2 of his Plasma LollerWAVES pack. Version 2 removes those “horrible” outlines and adds color. XMB text is also readable now. Pharonyk would also like to thank Vulpix for the injector and the Duality Wave for one of his waves.
Before flashing any of these custom waves to your PSP, create a backup […]
undertaxxx, the one that created those custom XMB battery indicators, has released his “Ultimate” black PSP XMB. These icons were originally made by Sérgio Catumba and Innercy from Qj but undertaxxx restyled everything to look better with hi-res icons. Unfortunately, this will not work with 3.10 OE because customized topmenu_plugin.rco’s don’t work.
Included in the package […]
If you’re looking for cool custom XMB volume bar, here’s a pretty good one. NIGathan has created an “impose_plugin.rco” containing a custom volume bar resembling the one from Windows Media Player 11. Before you flash this file to your PSP, make sure you backup your original as there is a small chance that you may […]
GhOsT, the one that created some of those custom XMB battery level indicator icons, has created some custom XMB volume icons and bars, too.
