undertaxxx and GhOsT have created a cool little mod that allows you to change the PSP’s battery level indicator. To install, just backup your original “system_plugin_fg.rco” then flash your new one to vsh/resource. Before flashing your new rco, make sure you rename it to “system_plugin_fg.rco”.

dark420bishop has updated his Submenu Icon Injector to v3.0. This program allows you to change more than just your main XMB icons, but many of your sub-menu icons, too. This new update even allows you to change the “Corrupted Data” icon! Unfortunately, this does not work for 3.1x firmwares.
